Production Details The producer foot-stomps the grapes, intentionally browns the juice, basket-presses it and barrel-ferments it in 500 L François Frères barrels. The official e-label reports 0.8 g carbohydrates and 0.19 g sugars per 100 mL. A vintage-specific vendor recommends serving at 10–12°C.
Tasting Notes Orange blossom, acacia, chamomile, ripe pear, white peach, bergamot, orange zest, hazelnut, brioche, toast and nutmeg; full-bodied and creamy, with dried citrus peel, pear, peach, sweet apple, hazelnut and biscuit.
Food Pairing Sautéed scallops with butter and herbs; pork fillet with white mushroom sauce; soft cow's-milk cheeses such as Brie or Morbier.
