Production Details Alcoholic fermentation lasted 21 days at 14°C under temperature control. Maturation comprised eight months on lees in granite followed by another eight months on lees in stainless steel; these month-based periods are not converted to aging_days. The vineyard covers 6.02 ha at 23–33 m elevation and yielded approximately 4,000 kg/ha. Production was 6,097 standard 75-cl bottles. The vintage was approximately 30% wetter than the historical average, its ripening period was the driest of the preceding decade, and mean annual temperature was 0.6°C above the historical figure.

Production Details The fifth Blanco Granito vintage fermented under temperature control in granite for 21 days, then remained on its lees for 11 months in the same granite tanks and a further 11 months in stainless steel; these month-based periods are not converted to aging_days. The ovoid granite vessels are described as having a 735-L capacity, and the fruit came from the estate’s six-hectare walled vineyard. The season was dry, included an unexpected spring frost, and experienced extreme summer heat despite an annual mean temperature below normal.
