After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine remained on its lees in the foudres for seven and a half months, with bâtonnage twice weekly, and was then refined by cold settling in tank. Average harvest sugar concentration was 216 g/L; this is a grape/must measurement, not residual sugar or Brix. The wine was bottled in November 2023 and launched in July 2025. Albariño and Caíño came from warmer, more humid lower-altitude plots, while Loureiro came from cooler, less-humid higher-altitude vineyards.
