Production Details Single-vineyard wine from a 0.3 ha site over a rare limestone vein near Meaño, planted in 1910 as traditional pergolas. Spontaneously fermented and matured in large neutral barrels without temperature control, with some lees stirring. The sheet also reports acidity of 7.9 g/L without specifying its analytical basis, so it is not proposed as canonical total acidity.
Tasting Notes Medium-deep golden colour; focused and youthful aromas of citrus, spice and flowers; delicate, complex, deep and refreshing palate with salinity and a long finish.
