Production Details Vineyards covered 53 ha on very steep terraces at 350–700 m, with vines aged 16–48 years. Grapes were fully destemmed and gently pressed. Vinunic reports 4–6 months in different-sized oak barrels, while the El Corte Inglés technical PDF reports four months in wooden vats and barrels; these are retained as conflicting specifications. Serving guidance also conflicts: Vinunic gives 16–18°C, whereas the El Corte Inglés sheet gives 12°C, so no single canonical serving temperature is proposed. The latter sheet additionally records punch-downs.
Tasting Notes Fruity and spicy, with dark and red berries, herbs and oak; elegant palate with balanced acidity, fine tannins and a long, harmonious, mineral finish.
