Production Details Organic and regenerative red wine. Alcoholic fermentation lasted 10 days at 25°C. Malolactic fermentation occurred in stainless steel and second-use barrels. Approximately 80% matured for 10 months in second-use French-oak barrels and the remainder in stainless steel; part of the Moneu matured in jars and amphorae. Available format was 75 cl and the recommended serving range was 14–16°C. The early 2024 harvest had reduced production following earlier droughts; annual rainfall was 730 mm and mean annual temperature was 15.9°C.
