Production Details Fruit comes from Sant Pau d’Ordal. Grapes were harvested by hand and selected on a sorting table. The rosé was produced by direct bleeding after macerating the must on its skins to extract aromatic character and obtain the desired colour. Recommended serving temperature is 6–9°C.

Tasting Notes Bright, intense ruby red with subtle violet highlights; aromas of wild red berries, blueberries, blackberries, redcurrants, raspberries, candy, fresh herbs and subtle anise; full-flavoured, broad, fleshy and round on the palate, completely dry, with refreshing acidity.
Food Pairing Aperitif or tapas; seafood; rice and pasta, particularly with tomato-based sauces; white meats.
