Pressing Method Gentle Pressing, Using Only Free-Run Must
Production Details Cold pre-fermentation skin maceration for aromatic extraction, followed by gentle pressing and use of only the free-run must. Fermentation was temperature-controlled at 15°C and arrested by cooling to retain residual sugar. Gramona describes organic and biodynamic viticulture without chemical herbicides or pesticides, using spontaneous ground cover, plant preparations and estate-made animal and vegetable compost.

Tasting Notes Pale with bright green reflections; intense aromas of jasmine, orange blossom, roses, anise, chamomile, freshly cut grass, table grapes, pineapple, peach and citrus; light-bodied, silky, fresh, fruity and floral, with a smooth, unctuous texture.
