Production Details The wine came from the four-hectare Font Jui family estate. Grapes were harvested by hand, sorted, pressed whole and limited to free-run juice. Fermentation was temperature-controlled at 14°C in 300-litre fine-grained, medium-toast French oak barrels. New barrels accounted for 33%; the remainder were second- and third-year barrels. The wine remained on its lees for three months. The producer recommended serving at 8–10°C.
