Closure Natural Cork During Cellar Maturation
Production Details Fruit came from twelve Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada vineyards at Font de Jui, situated between 185 and 228 metres. All grapes were biodynamically farmed. Production was described as entirely artisanal, with more than 84 months of maturation under natural cork and manual pupitre riddling and disgorgement. Finished-wine total acidity was 3.55 g/L expressed as H2SO4, and residual sugar was below 1 g/L. The producer's wine page additionally states hand harvesting and horse ploughing.
