Production Details The vineyard is high above Cornudella de Montsant at the foot of Montsant mountain; vines are 50–60 years old. The importer additionally describes hand harvesting into 12 kg boxes, whole bunches placed into concrete, pressing after fermentation, a further 5–6 months following pressing, and no oak aging.
