Production Details A non-vintage solera wine selected and blended from three casks among Lustau's oldest Jerez soleras, with an average age of more than 30 years. Official service guidance conflicts: the technical sheet recommends 10–12°C, while the current wine page recommends 13–14°C.
Tasting Notes Dark mahogany; candied fruit, spice, noble wood and smoke; balanced acidity; rich, unctuous and velvety texture; exceptionally long finish.
