Production Details Dry, non-vintage Oloroso selected from nine old solera casks. Current producer material gives an average age of more than 30 years, a 500 mL format and a recommended serving range of 13–14°C. The official range page describes releases of up to 1,000 50 cL bottles.
Tasting Notes Old-gold color with bronze or greenish reflections; aromas and flavors include walnuts, bitter orange, dried apricot, toffee, plums, leather, varnish, marmalade, noble wood, spice, toasted coconut and marron glacé; concentrated, intense and exceptionally long.
