Production Details The 2021 vintage began with scarce soil water and consequently smaller clusters and berries, adjusted through green pruning. Unusual June rain and average summer temperatures allowed slow completion of the growing cycle without vine stress. The wine spent 16 months in French oak barrels. The linked e-label describes it as dry and barrel-aged and lists grapes, sulphites as preservative, and tartaric acid as an acidity regulator.
