Production Details Alcoholic fermentation lasted 14 days at 22°C. The wine matured for 6 months in a second-use French-oak cask; no exact day count is stated. Production was 2,525 standard 75-cl bottles. Fruit came from the Purgatori estate at Juneda in Les Garrigues, from plantings established between 2004 and 2017 across 13.2 ha, at 330–541 m elevation and on 4–7% slopes. Reported vineyard yield was 5,774 kg/ha. Vintage rainfall was 257.9 mm and mean annual temperature was 15.6°C; the producer describes a predominantly hot year with several July–August heatwaves.
