Production Details Estate plots lie at 700–750 m. Grapes were harvested manually, selected again on a sorting table, and fermented separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel above 25–26°C, with frequent gentle pumpovers and manual punchdowns. Each variety was fermented and aged on its lees. The sheet specifies 15 months in new Radoux extra-fine-grain French oak casks with medium-plus toast, with periodic bâtonnage during the first four months.
