Production Details Dry-farmed vineyards in a cold, dry Mediterranean-continental climate with thermal and sea-breeze contrasts and reported rainfall of 450 mm. The varieties were vinified separately with daily pump-overs, controlled fermentation at 19–23°C and approximately 15–30 days of maceration depending on variety. The sheet also reports “ATT. 5.2 g/L” without defining its analytical basis; this is retained as labelled and not mapped to total acidity.
