Production Details The estate vineyards are situated between 700 and 800 metres. Different Grenache Noir parcels were vinified separately for approximately 12 days in stainless steel at 17–22°C with gentle daily pump-overs; the final blend was assembled after fermentation. Vineyard practices include exclusive use of organic fertilisers and tillage that preserves natural ground cover.
