Production Details Grapes were hand-picked in small 10 kg cases from estate blocks; a small percentage was harvested with noble rot; fermentation took place at low temperatures in 25 hL and 50 hL small tanks.
Tasting Notes Light straw yellow; aromas of kiwi, green apple and freshly shelled tender broad beans; lively palate with unripe peach, good length and substantial aging potential.
