Production Details Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel at a controlled 16°C for two weeks. The relatively early 2024 harvest produced lower yields following earlier drought; spring brought intense rain, summer was mild, and ripening was cooler than in 2023. The sheet states that properly stored wine should retain its potential for the next two years and lists a 75 cl format.
Tasting Notes Brilliant pale gold; fresh and lively, with apple, pear and herbaceous aromas; smooth palate, moderate fruit acidity and a dry finish.
