Production Details The 1.7-hectare Las Villegas vineyard has 4,500 vines per hectare. Whole-stalk fermentation took place in open vats; maceration lasted 60–90 days before transfer to second-year French-oak barrels.
Tasting Notes Reblochon-rind, quark-cheese, blackberry, broom and wild-herb aromas; juicy, broad, balanced, fine and fresh on the palate.
