Production Details Hand-harvested fruit was 20% destemmed and crushed and 80% retained as whole clusters. The portions fermented together with native yeasts for 15 days in open concrete tanks with very gentle pumpovers, followed by eight months resting in concrete. The wine was bottled directly from tank without fining, filtration or added sulfur.
Tasting Notes High-toned red and tree fruit, subtle earthy tones, wild flowers, subtle spices and bursts of minerality on the nose and palate.

Production Details The 2022 wine was vinified with deliberately softer extraction, matured for eight months in concrete and bottled without added sulfur.
Tasting Notes Luis Gutiérrez described the 2022 as clean, precise and lighter in style, with more noticeable tannins and no oxidative or otherwise deviant character.
