Tasting Notes Vinous: mirabelle, quince and white raisin; jellied and dried fruit, raw ginger and lime peel; satiny, slightly oily, concentrated, gripping and vibrant.

Production Details The Vinous review reports fruit harvested alongside the regular Auslese from the same Abtserde sector, but selected from an older parcel, with a sizable share of healthy, desiccated berries. It reports “12.8 grams of acidity” without stating a volume denominator or analytical basis, so this is not proposed as total_acidity_gl.
Tasting Notes Vinous: lemon and lime zest, white raisin and mirabelle distillate; dense and intensely acidic, with salinity, strong grip and pronounced vivacity.
