Production Details Fruit came from the Austernfels parcel at Neu-Bamberg and was described in the estate's reproduced vintage report as particularly aromatic following the parcel's devastating 2024 frost. The barrel-tasting report states that 450 L of 2025 Vom Austernfels was produced, described as the equivalent of two small barrels.
Tasting Notes Julia Harding MW, tasted 14 March 2026: subtly smoky. Martin Zwick's 2025 barrel-tasting note: pure and precise, with salty minerality; featherlight but with depth.
