Tasting Notes Mosel Fine Wines described a finely reductive, spicy profile with minty herbs, white pepper, almond cream, grapefruit, peach and lime; the finish was focused, fully dry, persistent and sharply spicy, developing additional body, creaminess and slight opulence with air.
