Production Details Made from grapes grown in the lower part of the Hubacker vineyard; finished-wine residual sugar is stated as under 3 g/L. Klaus Peter Keller explained that this lower section was separated because it produced comparatively rich, broad fruit; the resulting wine was released as Dalsheim trocken rather than under a GG name.
Tasting Notes Vinmonopolet describes citrus, herbs and ripe apples, with a youthful, slender, slightly rich, fresh and mineral palate, very good concentration and length. Merete Bø's 6 September 2022 assessment additionally notes flowers, some wax, soft beginning-to-mature fruit, richness, fullness and a dense, concentrated finish.
