Production Details David Schildknecht reports that Keller directed all Pettenthal and Hipping fruit to Kabinett in 2019. Keller described the relevant Nierstein grapes as 82–83° Oechsle with 11 g/L acidity. These measurements concern the grapes from the jointly discussed Nierstein sites, not isolated finished-wine analysis for Pettenthal, so they are not assigned to brix_at_harvest or total_acidity_gl.
