Production Details Klaus-Peter Keller described the 2014 Hipping as a separately bottled selection from 70-year-old vines. The Hipping H.M. release was available exclusively within the Kellerkiste, which contained one 750 mL bottle of this wine and was scheduled for delivery in spring 2016. VDP whole-site context places Hipping at 80–174 m elevation on steep slopes of 60–120% gradient; these ranges are not established specifically for the H.M. parcel.
