Production Details A particular fuder from the same selection as the Hipping Grosses Gewächs stopped spontaneous fermentation at 11% alcohol and 17 g/L residual sugar; the wine was bottled in late autumn 2014. An independent 2015 tasting report records 10 grams of acidity but does not state its analytical basis or explicitly state per-litre units, so that observation is not represented as total_acidity_gl.
Tasting Notes Fresh spicy-mineral and tropical-fruit aromas; yellow plum, mirabelle, ripe nectarine and mango, with salinity and dusty-stony notes. An independent tasting also reports white peach, citrus, lime leaf, waxed green apple, chalk dust and earthy spice.

Production Details Keller described having enough fruit from his approximately half-hectare Hipping holding for two fuder, permitting both a Grosses Gewächs and this residual-sugar-supported R bottling.
Tasting Notes White peach, mirabelle, tangerine, crystalline and smoky-stony minerality, saline notes, peach kernel, quinine and nut oils; rich yet refreshing finish. A second cited review notes pink grapefruit, orange zest, wild-yeast character, bee pollen and dried flowers.
