Production Details Traditional bottle fermentation. In the summer following harvest, the base wine is bottled for sparkling-wine production and inoculated with yeast to initiate the second fermentation.
Tasting Notes Hearty fruit aroma; lean base wine with a powerful, bright-fruited note of white stone fruit; increasingly harmonious and expressive bouquet and palate with fine mousse as lees maturation progresses.
