Production Details No maceration was used. The wine was vinified in pièces, one-third of them new, for 11 months; it was then blended and matured for another six months in old pièces.
Tasting Notes Fresh, with spicy wood, herbal-mineral notes, quince and banana; a full nutty and yeasty palate carried by firm saline acidity, fine minerality and a very long finish.
