Production Details The wine came from vines planted between 1980 and 1985. Its fruit was picked almost two weeks before the vom Buntsandstein Riesling, immediately after selections for Trockenbeerenauslese and Auslese.
Tasting Notes Deep, intense, herbal and saline bouquet; flinty and fine sur-lie notes; intense, savory and saline palate with a creamy, elegant, balanced texture; savory, saline and spicy finish with cumin.
