Production Details Dry Chardonnay from Paradiesgarten. The producer reports that parts of the vineyard are planted at 10,000 vines/ha and trained using Albarello pruning; the wine spent 18 months on its full lees. It recommends decanting or aeration in large glasses and says the wine shows its elegance after at least 12 months of bottle maturation, with potential extending beyond a decade. The classified Paradiesgarten site spans 130–210 m elevation and slopes of 8–30%.
