Production Details Hand-selected in late October from a high-altitude extreme site on limestone rock at 89 °Oechsle. The wine matured for half a year on its gross lees in a large 1,800 L wooden cask, followed by nine years of bottle maturation, and was first released in autumn 2023.
Tasting Notes Golden yellow; mature Riesling aromas; fine honey note; elegant balance between sweetness and acidity.
