Production Details Dry wine. The producer markets this limited cellar release as having matured for ten years; Falstaff reports six months of maturation in barrique.
Tasting Notes Powerful, aromatic and balanced, with green tea, rose and eucalyptus. Falstaff's Ulrich Sautter (tasted 2025-11-07) additionally describes smoke, flint, clove, rosehip and rose water, a supple palate with vivid acidity and delicate phenolics, and a long, fresh, still-closed finish.
