Production Details The wine matured sur lie in large, used oak barrels. Recommended serving temperature is 8–10 °C.
Tasting Notes Robert Parker/Wine Advocate, tasted at the domaine in January 2025: ripe apricot and mirabelle, flint, mineral and savory structure. James Suckling: broad citrus and flint, juicy texture, intense minerality and a long tingling finish. Vinous: grapefruit zest, green pear peel, gentle flint, stony crystalline texture and a saline edge.
