Production Details The estate holds 0.8 ha within the 6 ha classified site, at 178–197 m elevation; the source reports a 10% gradient and vines planted in 1986. Fruit was 100% selectively hand-picked into small crates. The vintage-specific Pinard description adds that whole bunches were crushed and slowly pressed, then the must with suspended solids fermented spontaneously and warm in a large wooden cask and matured there. A second vendor’s general description on its exact 2024 product page reports a 3–6 hour maceration, light clarification by overnight settling, long maturation on gross and fine lees in traditional wood, no fining, and yields generally around 40 hl/ha; these latter observations are vendor-described general practice rather than expressly measured 2024 specifications.
Certifications DE-ÖKO-003
Tasting Notes Crushed chalk, ripe and preserved lemon, white peach, yellow apple, flint, lanolin and garden herbs; lively, elegant and creamy in texture, with saline freshness, fine grip and a long finish
