Production Details The estate holds 1.1 ha at 149–165 m within the seven-hectare site. Grapes were selectively hand-picked into small crates and whole-cluster pressed; juice with its lees underwent warm spontaneous fermentation in a large wooden cask, followed by maturation on full lees until July 2025. The label nutrition reports 1.1 g carbohydrate and 0.5 g sugars per 100 mL; these figures were not treated as residual sugar.
