Production Details After a 2–3-hour maceration, the crushed grapes were pressed gently and slowly, lightly clarified by settling and spontaneously fermented. The wine then matured unfined and otherwise untreated in a new 2,400-litre Doppelstück wooden cask until bottling in spring 2023.
