Production Details Selectively hand-harvested in several passes from estate vineyards. The current producer page instead describes fermentation and storage with natural yeasts solely in stainless steel. The Goldloch terraces have a stated gradient of 45–55% (percentage gradient, not degrees), and the recommended serving range is 8–10°C.
