Production Details Grapes from estate vineyards were selectively hand-picked in several passes and gently pressed. Lots from Goldloch and Burgberg, originally intended for Grosses Gewächs wines, were combined. Fermentation and storage with natural yeast took place in multi-year-old Stückfässer made from domestically sourced oak, followed by up to half a year on the fermentation lees. The producer page recommends serving at 8–10 °C.
