Christina Hilker’s 14 August 2026 tasting of the 2023 release additionally describes citrus, peach, apple, passion fruit, papaya, fine minerality and a saline impression.
Food Pairing Aperitif, starters, fish, light poultry and veal; Christina Hilker additionally suggests mango and crab summer rolls, honey-glazed duck green curry, and fresh goat cheese with flowers, honey and crackers.
