Production Details Dry white wine; élevage/maturation comprised 25% in tonneau and the remainder in stainless steel. The 2023 fruit was picked somewhat earlier than usual, and the wine was fermented fully dry.
Tasting Notes Heiner Lobenberg's 2023 note describes a restrained, elegant and mineral expression with yellow peach, nectarine and rose petals; the palate is juicy, fresh, saline and spicy, combining lively energy with creamy texture.
