Production Details For the 2006 noble-sweet wines, unusable rotten grapes were removed during selective hand harvesting, while faultlessly noble-rotted grapes and berries were retained. Rapidly developing botrytis increased must weights but caused substantial quantity losses. The estate-wide harvest was completed on 20 October after just over two weeks; this completion date is not presented as a wine-specific picking date.
