Production Details 2017 375 ml Gutsreserve release, described as the first Auf der Ley Auslese. Its grapes were partly raisined for noble-sweet Riesling, and the wine remained in the Schönleber cellar until first marketed with the 2025 collection. The current nutritional declaration is 13.1 g carbohydrates/100 ml, including 12.52 g sugars/100 ml; this is not presented as an enological residual-sugar analysis. The Auf der Ley cadastral site lies above Halenberg, is warm despite its high elevation because of pronounced thermic effects, and has an average 50% gradient. Producer-wide 2017 context: grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness in multiple selective passes, and the estate's harvest concluded on 18 October.
Tasting Notes Lemon sorbet, citrus yoghurt, white flowers and not-overripe apricot; silky texture, bright almost crystalline acidity, yellow-fruit sweetness, vibrant freshness and fine spice
