Production Details Dry white wine. No pre-clarification; spontaneous fermentation without malolactic conversion; fermented and matured in a Halbstück cask for 18 months, followed by bottle maturation until release in the fourth year after harvest. The producer nutrition declaration for the 0.75 L release lists grapes as the ingredient, 1.1 g carbohydrate and 0.11 g sugars per 100 mL; the latter is nutrition-label sugar and is not presented as residual sugar.
Tasting Notes Heiner Lobenberg: wet clay, net melon, yellow apple, peach, lemon zest and lemon balm; fresh, elegant white fruit, earthy spice, creamy texture, density and breadth without heaviness.
