Production Details The grapes were selectively and manually harvested at full ripeness. Following gentle pressing and controlled-temperature fermentation with natural yeasts, the wine matured in stainless steel and was bottled in spring after a short storage period. The stated serving range is 8–10°C.
Tasting Notes Apple, pear, citrus, peach, floral, herbal and mineral notes; juicy and linear, with ripe yellow fruit, lively acidity and a balanced finish.
