Production Details Fermentation and élevage were in stainless steel. The Brücke vineyard has a stated 0–15% slope and elevation of 125–130 metres above sea level. The producer-hosted 2020 review calls this a very limited release and Dönnhoff's first Eiswein since 2015.
Tasting Notes James Suckling (2021 review): exceptionally dense and tropical, led by papaya, with a compact structure, vivid acidity, caramelized-nut character and a powerful finish.
