Production Details Vines are 15–45 years old and the reported yield is approximately 40 hl/ha. Fruit was entirely selectively hand-harvested in several passes and gently pressed. The wine was matured in large oak casks for at least six months on full lees, followed by another two months on fine lees. Producer release was scheduled from September 2026.
Tasting Notes Powerful and spicy yet playful and elegantly poised; subtle, finely balanced, filigree but intense, persistently saline, with perfectly ripe fruit, fine tannins, crystalline acidity and increasing finesse without heaviness.

Decanter, tasted by Caro Maurer MW on 29 August 2021: cool ripe lemon, lemon-tart creaminess, woodruff, mint and a dense structure.
