Production Details The grapes had originally been reserved for Eiswein and were harvested in November after an ice-wine harvest was no longer expected. The release comprised 1,500 half bottles.
Tasting Notes James Suckling: puff-ball mushroom, spice, lemon peel and candied citrus; full-bodied, very sweet, powerful, tangy, bright and energetic. Stephan Reinhardt, The Wine Advocate, tasted July 2019: concentrated, pure and spicy-aromatic, with some volatile notes; rich and sweet yet salty-piquant, playful, tense and precisely defined.
